"My girlfriend and I went for the first time when we moved in the area around a year ago. We decided to try it since we both love Thai food. Ever since then we have been going over very regularly! we love the food which is authentic and not like many Thai places around London and Europe which are europeanised and often tasteless. Here food is proper tasty like you can try in Thailand. The place is absolutely very simple inside, but tidy and clean. The food is great. The curries are incredibly tasty and nice, and we tried them all I would say, even the meat quality they use is extreme tender and nice. We really like the Pad Thai, which is a Thai dish for which I am very picky having tried many around Thailand with local people. Going there regularly either to dine in or to take away (and with take away we fill two stomachs with 25ish pounds), we got to know the general manager well, his name is Apple, and he is great. Always very helpful, respectful and professional with clientele, and he is very friendly especially when you get to know him. I couldn’t understand the bad reviews I was reading on here thinking of the treatment and the food quality we always experienced there. I then got to know that before 2019 there was a different management team, so the reason became clear. We brought and suggested the place to many friends and they all loved it. It has a very easy, dress down and low profile atmosphere. Will will keep on going back, definitely."

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant when I bit into undercooked chicken and suffered severe stomach cramps. The waiter showed no concern and was extremely rude. This appalling treatment left us with no choice but to leave in shock and disgust.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. My mom thought it tasted very authentic, but the service was not very good. Our 2-year-old nephew was talking in baby language to us, and the waiter asked if we could move inside so as not to disturb the other customers, even though there were only two other customers at the time.

I was surprised to see some of the comments about the staff. The food was good, but what made me want to write a review was their level of service. Maybe it's because we went right after lockdown, but it was obvious how meticulously clean and careful they were being. We were made to sanitize our hands and get our temperatures checked before being seated. Staff had on masks and also spent time disinfecting when not tending to customers. They were friendly, offered recommendations when asked, and taught us a bit of Thai as well. I used to live in SE Asia, and Thai food was a staple part of my diet then. I would definitely go back.

The medium age MALE staff was rude. Sarcastic and unwelcome. He asked us whether to eat in or take away. I said eat in. He heard me wrongly and tried to correct me. Tbh, not what a typical waiter should be. So we walked out. The other day, we passed by the restaurant and saw another waitress serving, so we gave it another try. She gave us warm welcome and let us sanitize our hands. Also wears mask and protective equipment even though not serving. We ordered steamed lemon fish which the waitress recommended and it was great. The calamari and pad Thai was bland and boring. I would not recommend this restaurant as it was a 15% gratuity (such a ripped off).
