"you would never say that this trattoria was in no place such a sniff. not describing facade to a quite old house along an almost forgotten next road. rickety door to a kiefer-like entrance, which leads to a middle space with very rustic few. ikea and stray chairs. old dusty appliances and time plates scattered and hanging on the walls. two more small rooms with sitting facilities are hidden behind courtains in the back. on the longer wall gives a burning kamin warm and joy. the atmosphere is authentic folklore. no written menu, nothing à la carte. the jovial waitress sets shells of land delicacies on the table and everyone helps. starter: cow and goat cheese with to house made thick cut jam and black carrots jam to die for craft salami, Russian salate with chestnuts and kicherbsen, gorgonzola beignets, kastanf. first courses: very impressive pear ripe followed by chestnuts it is the season gnocchi with Fontina cheese jagged. main dishes: wild boar and roast beef served with polnta. desserts: chocolate salami, kastanie (ja mouse, fruitcake. wein: a hearty oltrepò barbera that accompanies every cure with passion. overall judgement: not for the faint of the heart, but remarkable if they want to taste the real kitchen of this blessed region. not least: one of the best places I was."

What a wonderful discovery! a fixed course menu (if I counted one better than the other! all the appetizers were exquisite, and the first exceptional erako! (under figs, lasagnatte with fondue and lavender scent) the price is very honest and I look forward to coming back for Christmas lunch! I forgot: is slow food, great guarantee!

they have been in the tavern with my husband, son, parents and grandmother today and we all agree that it is really a place of old times. the room where to eat fresh with ancient and lived objects, with a story to tell. the fixed menu includes many cheese appetizers with various sauces, vegetable tortini, various meatballs etc.) two first ( risotto with melon and zola, lasagnetta with zucchini, zucca flowers and truffle) , two seconds ( roast-beef and red wine cup) sweet (chocolate salami and lavender cookies for the child) and coffee. all exquisite and abundant so that the owner made us fixed menus and only the appetizers calculated them for people; honesty that of these times is rare quali...

"Sunday, May 1st, we were in this beautiful farmhouse contacted by phone just before lunch time to ask if, despite the day of celebration, they could host us in 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) for an escaping lunch or, after a few lawful tenement, being clearly the place already complete for several communions already booked, there was kindly proposed by the owner the possibility of a simple “merenda” based on salami, since we were accepted Without a doubt the location is very well, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden and a beautiful porch but also the interior is set in a rustic but elegant, objectively prepared for ceremonies or special events. There was a nice table in the garden, outdoor, very suggestive, that we liked very, initially... We served two dishes of mixed appetizers, 1 fried dumpling at the head and bread with water and 1 bottle of red wine (bonarda). All good and appreciated...except the final account: 25 euros per head, even children! the owner in particular, just finished the last bite, it made us notice that we had to “loggiare” because they were coming the guests of the ceremonies, therefore after a subsequent long wait to the cash register there was put the account of as much as 100 € total for the aforementioned fruit and also with do indispettito to our rimostranze...insomma place nice but for us disproportionate for the total price, since only"
