"a beautiful discovery announced. long we wanted to have dinner in this restaurant on the hills of san vincenzo. a beautiful glass window furnished with large wooden tables, books, piano, sofa. seems to stay at home but the reception, the menu, the wine card and the service remind us of being in a luxury restaurant where raw materials are chosen and cooked with love. after a small herd due to the kitchen we started with a delicious fegatini patè with homemade jams and brioche bread and a beef tartar with red turnip and mayonnaise at the anchovies. we continued with guinea fowl stuffed with frittata and black cabbage and brown gray pig, mashed potatoes (we didn't even ask how it was prepared but it was soft as butter) accompanied by two vegetable contours of the vegetable garden. during dinner we drank a classic method of phenolic. We will end our dinner with egg oil ice cream and a white chocolate and brown peanuts of corzano and paterno. culinary experience has not disappointed expectations. note of merit for the oil of poggio to the saints (among the best degotated in recent times,) the homemade bread and put it in olive wood from us very appreciated. excellent also the price quality ratio. Unfortunately, time has not allowed us to enjoy the panorama. He'll have to come back!"

I leave the praises to the position and the panorama, however excellent to emphasize the quality of the kitchen, raw materials, recipes and sowing. Tuscany is all and also enriched by Japanese knowledge. What to say? will certainly return

By good recommondations we made a reservation for this restaurant. But ... they didn't write us on their plan ... no place on the terace, only inside. Nice place but not fine to be the only guest inside. The food was good, but not superb. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

Last year we were astonished by the view the food and the service at Il Sale. The view is still there the food is still fine though less impressive this time. But the service was to put it mildly not there. Apart from the hard working junior waiter we hardly received or could get any attention. The junior wasn’t alowed to do anything but bring and take dishes. A frequently barking dog from other guests spoiled a beautifull and relatively expansive diner. This can be so much better with more cheerfull hospitality. Maybe maybe we try again next year.

"We visited Zenzero several times whilst on a family holiday in Puglia. Our hotel was beautiful but the dinner menu was a little too fancy and not really to our taste. We asked a member of staff where he would eat locally and he immediately recommended Zenzero we are so glad that he did. Zenzero is a small, friendly, family run restaurant with a great atmosphere and fantastic food, enjoyed by mainly local people. The menu is only in Italian but that was no problem because one of the restaurant assistants, the lovely Sylvia, also speaks fluent English, French and some German. All orders are taken by the owner Dino who, along with Sylvia, was so friendly and could not have made the three of us feel more welcome. A wonderful daily selection of fresh fish is displayed each evening in a glass topped cold store, just inside of the entrance. We thought the Sea Bass baked in sea salt was amazing, only to be surpassed by grilled Turbot on a later visit. Our young daughter loves Pizza and was taken to meet the dedicated Pizza Chef who showed her how her order was made, prior to placing it into the traditional Pizza oven. Do try the house special starter selections which were all so delicious, as indeed were the deserts, especially Sylvia’s Panna Cotta. . The wine list is small but good and, like the food, very reasonably priced. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this excellent, traditional Italian restaurant, it certainly helped make our Italian holiday more special."
