Large experience... 6-course meal was super inventive and beautifully presented. We are vegan and restaurant was able to accept restrictions without any problems.

Five carnivores enter a vegetarian restaurant. It sounds like a joke, but it's not. apart from jokes, fantastic experience recommended especially to those who are usually eating meat. all table members are ocitis fully satisfied. Good!

Great Michelin, one star vegetarian restaurant. All the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. The waiter took time to present how the menu works and let us choose the best choice for us. We chose the 6 course menu with wine pairing. The different flavors and combinations were great. The wine pairing was good as well. At the end of our dinner, the chef came to our table for a good talk. It is worth trying it.

If this restaurant has received a michelin star, one reason will be there. Cozy place and staff available, offers a natural culinary route with refined and rich proposals of flavors and research. I was amazed at the amount of atypical ingredients and the mastery of the chef in putting together flavors sometimes very different from each other. Of my particular pleasure it was definitely risotto with green asparagus, really gouty and balanced (I would have eaten it in extra pounds). To try again.

Lovely vegetarian fine dining restaurant. Great choice for special occasions. The ambiance felt fairly intimate and was not commercialized . Apparently the restaurant has been around for 30+ years and was the first Michelin vegetarian restaurant in Europe! We picked the Zenith menu. All the dishes had a blend of East Asian and Western European ingredients and flavors. The highlights for us were the risotto, strawberry and tomato gazpacho, and mushroom. They also offer amazing freshly baked sourdough bread and kept replenishing it. The desserts were also good just not as memorable. The oat milk cafe latte was lovely but there was a slight confusion among the servers so the timing did not matc...

Mangiare da Joia è un'esperienza. Non c'è menu à la carte ma è possibile scegliere tra due menu degustazione. I piatti sono pazzi, nuovi sapori, uniti tra loro in modo perfetto. I camerieri e il sommelier erano molto gentili e molto competenti, attenti a farci sentire sempre a nostro agio. I piatti sono quasi tutti vegani, tranne alcuni piatti vegetariani. Prima del dessert, lo chef uscì dalla cucina per chiedere a ogni cliente come fosse l'esperienza. Ho trovato questo molto professionale. Parliamo di CONS: Abbiamo perso la presenza di almeno un piatto caldo: ogni piatto era freddo.
