"On the last night of our one week stay in Berlin, we were somehow after German food. Neukolnn area has plenty of oriental / middle east restaurants (ranging from kebab to more fancy), but we were happy to try this more 'traditional' place (though it does seem to be a bit of a hipster hangout too). We dined on the pavement and the dishes were really delicious. Excellent price quality. The kids loved the mushroom spätzle (large portion to share), the parents loved the 'Maultaschen' and the Schnitzel. Good address, fair prices. Good selection of beers (for more beers, try Das Gift around the corner). Can recommend!"

Ein Lokal mit Charme. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und typisch Berlin. Wir waren mit den Drinks sehr zufrieden und kommen definitiv wieder:)

I actually can't stress how good this quiet little bar is. Within no time the delightful staff have come to remember our order and are a real pleasure to converse with. The artwork and vibe in the place exceptional. I only tried the soup from the food menu but it was good! Kill a couple of hours in here if you happen to be in the area, really chilled.

We went for the fabulous and generously sized Schnitzel and were lucky enough to get seated before the entire place filled to capacity for their OpenMic Music evening. The food was delicious, and the cocktails had generous pours of spirits. Being there to experience the...original songs, done in both German and English, gave us an insider's look into young people's lives, concerns and culture and meet a few locals. So much fun

A friend who lives in Berlin recommended the Kindl Stuben. Although we were within blocks of the restaurant, we had a hard time finding it. But, I am so glad we persevered! We sat outside to eat it was too warm inside and our waitress...was attentive and smiling. We bought three Pilsner Urquell, Kasespatzle, Gulasch mit Spatzle and Wiener Schnitzel. The cost was euro. Everyone liked their meals but I LOVED my Wiener Schnitzel, which came with a warm potato salad. Everyone tasted mine and agreed it was the BEST
