"We want to extend a big congratulations to everyone at our favorite local pub, The Kings Head in Staplehurst. Our family Christmas meal yesterday was absolutely fantastic. The food was abundant, expertly prepared, and beautifully plated (thank you Yanik). The service provided by Adam and the wonderful bar staff was top-notch, and the atmosphere among our friends and other patrons was welcoming and friendly, just as we had hoped. Lovely food friendly atmosphere service a little slow but I guess it was busy outside. Only let down we were never offered deserts so can’t comment on those.

We stopped by for a meal and were seated at a cozy table near the fireplace. The food was delicious as usual and our server, Heidi, was delightful. Overall, we had a lovely time.

Have eaten here a few times now and find the food and service excellent. Has the feel of a local traditional pub, which is rare these days. Will certainly be going again. Very friendly staff too.

Our friends have just moved into the area and so we went for a walk and came across the pub for lunch. Very pleased with the atmosphere, welcoming vibe and tasty food. All at a very reasonable price! View menu

Fabulous meal last night. The menu has some new items and we all enjoyed these. Everything cooked to perfection. the prawn and salmon timbale was delicous as was the chicken souvalki. Our friends were equally impressed with the haddock dish. Finally the creme brulee for me was the icing on the cake

I recently moved to the village and this was my first meal at the local restaurant. I brought my entire family of 11 for our Christmas get together. We had a wonderful meal with exceptional service. The portions were generous and included a variety of delicious vegetables. Overall, it was excellent value for money. A big thank you to the staff for a great dining experience.
