"Funnily enough this was the best meal we've had during our stay in Lille! Forget the mussels and the crepes, THIS was the real thing! We were extremely lucky to get a table at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. Not because it was all booked (although I am sure it could easily be), but because it seems like the owner is trying to limit the number of meals served after 7pm in the restaurant (they also do take outs, which seem quite popular). While we were there, people kept coming in asking for a table, but the owner would turn them down, saying they were booked! A couple of people had a reservation (I had tried myself, but nobody ever picked up the phone) , and once in a while a couple was "allowed" to come in. It was quite weird I have to say, because that made the place feel a little empty. The owner was very funny. He likes to talk and joke. His wife -the cook- is Thailandese. I had Pad Thai, which was nice, but my daughter had chicken with cashew nuts and that was delicious. The banana with coco milk was yummy, too. So I would definitely urge you to go , but make sure you have a reservation (apparently is is possible through facebook) . Otherwise go early and make sure you look friendly !"

Just the best Thai restaurant in Lille. I attended at least 10 times with friends. Every time I eat here, I feel like I went back to Bangkok. Exactly the same smell and the same kitchen!! I strongly recommend beef salad. A fell down!

If you are looking for a nice and warm atmosphere, you can go anywhere BUT in this place… People working there are rude, pretentious and proud. I would highly recommend you to avoid this restaurant. There are so warmhearted places in Lille that I am sure you can find a much better place…
