Los bacalaos de varias formas te hacen dudar si sigues en Castilla o te has teleportado a Portugal. El Bacalao Papiro es para pedir que salga la cocinera y aplaudirle. Es pequeño y recogido y con vinho verde tudo melhor. Cierra Julio y Agosto pero el 1 de Septiembre estoy en la puerta! Es mi último descubrimiento en Avila para no comer siempre lo mismo. El mejor restaurante de Ávila. Tiene una calidad precio increíble. Los espárragos con bechamel y el pulpo están increíbles. Mi pareja comió chuletón y también le encantó. Además, alguna vez hemos tomado una caña y los pinchos son muy originales y variables. 100% recomendable!
