great restaurant, famous for fish but I must say that you can say just as much for meat.... I took a cut with rocket and really good grain, perfect presentation, great cut!

This was our first meal out in Pisa, and was our anniversary dinner. The food was exceptional. One of the best we had in Italy. The Octopus on smoked mash was to die for. The local wine was great also. The owner is very passionate about his food, and it shows. Great food Great evening

It was my first night in Pisa, and I had the best meal of my holiday. Started with a tartare of ricola, which was fresh that day, then a tagliatelli with the most incredible tomatoe sauce with octopus and olives. And a great tiramisu to finish off. You don't expect such a nice place near the station. This is the first good surprise. the second is a delicious waitress very stressed and accurate, which can please everyone despite being alone in a rather large room. the third are the dishes, abundant and exquisite. we were limited to appetizers, first and sweets, and we were happy. I highly recommend peas vegetable soup. We'll be back!

La Buca is a very pleasent toscanian restaurant in Pisa. I was here with my mother, 1 day before italian mothers day. She and I had a great time, trying out the local Vermentino white vine which has a distinct aroma and a great taste. The great chickpea soup and pasta with octopus is just the right ingredient for a great evening. The staff is very friendly. Thank you for a great last day in Pisa.

I have been to Pisa several times, but this was the first time at Buca. Possibly the best meal I have had in Pisa ever, certainly the best on this 4 day trip. The food was sublime with amazing attention to detail, the service was very efficient, the waiter was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and amusing. The price was very reasonable for the overall experience. Top on my list to visit the next time I am in Pisa. View menu
