"We stayed in Cala de Mijas for 6 weeks of what we hoped would be winter sun but instead was a mixed bag of sunshine, showers and the odd thunderstorm. We could see La Piscine from the balcony of our apartment but alas there was...no shortcut across the 11th fairway of the Miraflores Golf Course so it was a twenty minute walk to get there. It was well worth it and we returned weekly on occasion for a coffee and slice of whatever freshly made cake Muriel the owner and chef had made fresh in the kitchen or for a meal and a bottle of wine. The food is fresh and tasty (recommend the burger and the club sandwich to share) and everything including the wine is very reasonably priced. We cant wait to catch up with Muriel and Julie again when we return in November."

we love coming here. it's a little jewel where you can recover. the owner has our sense of humor. eating is traditional house cooked by burgers to moussaka at a reasonable price. in any case worth a visit.

Pequeño bar-restaurante con comida casera y rica. La dueña te hace la comida en el momento y todo casero. Tenía poco para elegir pero la verdad es que estaba todo muy bueno. De precio esta en la media de la zona. 3 platos y 3 bebidas 38€. Las pizzas son lo mejor

Un restaurante singular, en el Club social de una urbanización, donde comer platos caseros buenísimos cocinados por la gran anfitriona Muriel, quien además te aconsejará inmejorablemente sobre el vino con que acompañar tu comida. De momento he probado la Musaka, el Rabo de Toro y un trocito de tarta de chocolate. Todo exquisito, por lo que volveré sin duda

Un lugar para comer platos exquisitos en un ambiente sin igual. Muriel es encantadora y te hace sentirte mejor que en casa. Pasamos unos días en Mijas para asistir al Cala Mijas Festival y al descubrir este lugar, lo adoptamos para desayunar y almorzar allí todos los días, además de un par de cenas. Espectacular! Nos vemos el año que viene Muriel, gracias por tanto!!
