A small failure on the salt butter caramel that has the merit of being made home too, dessert replaced and not billed! Three lunches this week, one advice, don't hesitate to stop! Plates tested and approved: Bonneval blue risotto and bacon, Bonneval blue burger, Crozets gratin and Diot, camembert in the oven, savoyard fondue and charcuterie-salade, crêpes even jam is made home, blueberry pie and panna cotta red fruit.
