"Coming in October, we really liked this place and its cuisine, its foie gras accompanied by an apricot coulis with gingerbread was excellent and well served, truly a delight! Then the warm goat's cheese salad was purely extraordinary, a huge salad very very well garnished with all the necessary ingredients, it was a taste explosion. The person with me had equally extraordinary spatzles, overall we had a great time and we will come back as soon as we are in Tarbes. The service was also very attentive and friendly. Thank you for this great time in your establishment."

De passage avec mes filles très déçu... l'une commande une choucroute de la Mer.. moules pas fraîche immangeable risque de contamination.. le plat n'a pu être consommé.. l'autre confit de canard carbonisé il ne restait plus rien a manger.. remarque au serveur qui ne change pas les plats ou propose autre chose en compensation !!!! même pas un geste commercial au moment de l'addition ne serai ce qu'un café voilà si vous voulez faire un régime l'endroit idéal,..
