"I found this restaurant through trip advisor and was very please we went here for our first dinner in Madrid. It was very close to our hotel as well which made things easier. Although we arrived at 8:30 p.m. the place was really empty as the Spanish people tend to eat very late compared to Canadians. My wife had the crispy leg of lamb which was very overcooked and really seemed to be deep fried? To bad as the reviews were very good on this item. I had a Carpaccio of sea bass and prawn which was amazing. It was so good my wife shared it with me. I had stuffed ravioli as a main that was also very tasty. We enjoyed a very nice bottle of wine and the owners also gave us a free liquor after our meal. we considered the price reasonable at 89 Euros. I asked a server if the total included a tip and she assured me it did so we left thinking this was what was done in Spain, however not long afterward I read online that what I thought was the tip was in fact the VAT/ I returned the next day and in very broken Spanish apologized to the owner and left an appropriate tip for the server. The owner was most gracious and seemed pleasantly surprised we came back. I would not hesitate to return to eat here again!"

A very friendly place with excellent service and good food. The atmosphere is really adds to the authenticity. Reservations are encouraged and this restaurant frequently gets very large parties and tours.

Y raciones escasitas. Caro para lo que ofrece

We ate here as part of a tour group. The approach is strange through 1960’s soviet style complex. However once inside the decor was pleasant. Many tapas courses were served which were tasty. Our main course was lamb which I thought was ok. More like lamb shank service was good. We enjoyed

Buen ambiente y servicio correcto.
