"Desde que nos sentamos tardaron 45 minutos en traernos la bebida. La comida tardó otra media hora más. Las bebidas no estaban frías. Está claro que sus previsiones para una semana de agosto de vacaciones no fue la apropiada y estaban superados en todos los aspectos.
