"discovered by chance last year, and during a stay in the region we have been dining in this unmissable address of meat lovers.For me the prestige menu with the capparccio of black angus in entry, to fall on the ground; followed by the prestige board 3 meat: (about 400g) black angus, wagyu beef, and mâturée beef, accompanied by a small gratin and some vegetables. idem, an incomparable taste and tenderness. just perfect cooking (I left the chef controlled the cooking of his meats.) dessert buffet. My companion being not very meat she could still turn on the fish of the day that was spelt. being satisfied. to summarize, very friendly setting, warm welcome, impeccable service, kindness of the boss, very good meat and justness in the kitchen. only flat, a dessert card rather than a buffet would have been welcome, home I understand the explanation of the boss, in times of high affluence an entry and a dessert not to manage is rather salvateur when at the organization in the room and behind the stoves."
