We really liked the food and ambiance of this cafe. Very friendly server who even helped us with our French!

Une belle surprise dans le quartier. Je vous conseille l'andouillette qui est à tomber avec ses frites maison.

Bon accueil, belle terrasse chauffée. Happy hour de 17h à 21h (pinthe à 4,50/ cocktails à 6,00 bien dosés). Attention, seuls l'accueil et les boissons sont notés, aucun repas pris dans ce restaurant me concernant.

This café had become one of our favorite places in Paris. It's across the street from our hotel (Hotel des Grandes Ecoles). On this trip, we often had breakfast here and twice had lunch. The food is reliably good and the service is excellent.

Discovered this little gem of a place just off famous rue Mouffrtard. A limited menu of specials for the day. I had the canard nuggets (cooked medium) with pomme de terre ... large servings of both. An excellent meal accompanied by a couple of glasses of wonderful wine for 23 euros

Great spot to pop in for a coffee which I do almost every day on the way to work). Lovely old building in a nice corner location with a snug bar where cafe is only one euro note- as with many cafes table service is extra). They also have an outdoor seating area which is a bit more calm than place counterscarpe, which is right around the corner.

We discovered this classic café restaurant several years ago and had lunch again there yesterday. The daily menu is varied and reasonably priced. Very authentic in all respects, including the droll owner. Speaking French helps, but they accommodate English-only. Low key, mostly local clients, outdoor seating available. The bar opens at 7:30 AM which is handy for that coffee to go fix if you are staying nearby. A short story to set the mood of the place. This morning I arrived for my fix but neither the owner nor I had any small change. He said, "No problem. Come back later to pay." View menu
