"Restaurant from the 90s so the decor is a bit dated. No atmosphere the day we came (noon). “Old-fashioned” waitress in a somewhat formal style, nice nonetheless. All that is the style of the restaurant and I have nothing to complain about. On the other hand, the cuisine (dishes) is very boring and of fairly average quality (gizzards served on lettuce which has cooked because of the heat of the gizzards. Jacky-style dressing from the 80s with half-cooked, half-soft croutons thrown in the plate, slices of red beet placed on the edge, slices of potato not well cooked, on the other hand good quality meat I think I can do just as well at home with friends who arrive unexpectedly). As for the prices, they don't date from the 90s but from 2024. Frankly, when you think about it, given the price paid for what I had on the plate, I won't go back."

Very good cuisine, well presented with an interesting choice: steak of beef, lamb, monkfish with garlic cream, duck confit with orange, brains with capers etc... Accompanied by vegetables and potatoes. Very friendly welcome by the charming owner. Reasonable prices. Several formulas or à la carte. I recommend

A nice little restaurant. The owner and the chef are very welcoming. I want to make this clear. We were there this Saturday 11/05 before hitting the road to return to the Loiret. The dishes and desserts offered are more than adequate (value for money). No regrets: we did well to dine at Le Petit Sommelier instead of a so-called restaurant on the motorway rest areas. In short, I recommend it if you ever pass through Lodève.

"Nous ne faisons pas parti des gens difficiles mais il y a des limites une salade qui arrive avec une sauterelle morte ,chose dite immédiatement en douce à la serveuse ne voulant pas faire de scandale et lui disant avec le sourire "est ce des vitamines en options ? " la réponse a été froide "non on va vous la refaire et cela arrive " oui peut être cela ne devrait pas le tout en 30 minutes .le plat bœuf confit !!! et là il m'arrive du bœuf entre le bourguignon et on ne sait quoi bouilli trop cuit dans son bain de graisse et trop salé ,la serveuse me réplique nous avons un très bon retour sur ce plat ( en gros ferme la je t'ai nourri tu payes casse toi ) et la cuisinière est anglaise ....!!! en fin ceci n'explique pas tout et je comprends pourquoi les anglais aiment nos restaurants.J'oublie le dessert, un muffies chocolat avec une boule de glace qui était plus grosse que le gâteau.....Pour finir un service très long, le pain servit en poche papier ( ???? étonnant ) enfin le passage en caisse le patron ayant vu le malaise nous a offert un menu .j’essayerais d'y revenir plus tard mais je reste dans le doute .........Pour terminer, je dirais que la cuisine ça s'improvise pas et qu'il y a toujours la possibilité de s'améliorer stage formation etc ...... Honnêtement il faut arrêter de se moquer de la tête des gens et tout cela aurait pu mieux passer quand on vous le dit avec le sourire et gentillesse ... Un cuisinier confirmé."
