However, it was clear that one of the waiters was about to finish his shift and showed a certain lack of enthusiasm for serving. Although this did not completely detract from the experience, it was an aspect that could be improved. Moving on to the food, I must say that the dishes are exceptional. The spaghetti carbonara, in particular, was prepared to perfection, striking a brilliant balance in its doneness and flavour.
