"Very disappointed with the total lack of empathy on the part of the people at the establishment: reservation for one night of a suite for 2 adults 2 children. We were woken up several times between 12:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. by guests upstairs (numerous movements stamping their feet, laughing, etc. and called reception at 2:00 a.m. Result: we slept almost nothing and went home directly instead of spending our day in Lyon as was planned, WE WASTED it which cost us 210th a night because we had a 20th discount (after a long negotiation!!! . The establishment considers that they are not responsible for the behavior of their customers and that this never happens to them but regarding us there is no respect on their part by putting themselves in our place. We live 1.5 hours from Lyon and had chosen to stay in a hotel for a night in order to rest and sleep in good conditions to enjoy the next day, we did not expect to spend such a night!!! We are honest and respectful people but in hindsight we should have refused to pay for the room."
