"Worst service ever. Waited an hour for starter then over 30 mins for main. Staff couldn't care less.. more interested chatting to each other than taking empty plates/bottles away or bringing food out. Hubby had to send his meal back it was so overcooked then got questioned by one of the cooks who wasnt happy. Asked for two portions of prawn crackers.. only received one but they tried to charge for two. They obviously prioritise the takeaway orders over dine in. Used to be nice in its day. Will not return. I recently had lunch at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. The price per person was between £10-20, which I found to be very reasonable for the quality of food and service. I would give the food a rating of 5 as it was delicious and well-prepared. The service was also excellent, receiving a score of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, earning a rating of 4. Overall, I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant for a great lunch experience.
