"You rarely find a load in which so much heart blood, conviction, authenticity and love is stuck. The type has on it, eating is awesome. Even in the capital (zbsp: mr.vuong, district môt) you will not find more authentic vietnamesen.Gut, the standard dishes that all want it to offer also. but around worlds (!) better than these 0815 vested "chicken with rice and lots of sauce" asiates... the absolute hit are his weekend specials from Thursday to Sunday. every week something new. if you dare (or you have long been looking for it) you will find specialities from vietnam as they cannot be more authentic. who doesn't try his pho himself. you will get a better one in a circle of 600km.Why do I know that? because he is crazy and no reasonably thinking gastronome can afford it in Germany to give so much effort for his product. at least no one has convinced me of the opposite."

Good weekend specials. Sushi was good but I do wish for a little more wasabi. Good quality but sometimes you want quantity too. The many Vietnamese dishes they offer are great, quite authentic.

Delicious, healthy, authentic Vietnamese food at a very fair price. Always very friendly service at this small family restaurant. I have been there at least 10 times in the past year and have never been disappointed. View menu

this restaurant offers several vegan and vegetarian dishes. they even have vegan sushi for a good price! I had the tofu in peanut butter sauce and the vegetarian jumping. both were really good. I especially loved their homemade sambal (Chili sauce.)

This is a small bistro on the outskirts of the downtown, little bit hidden, so after more than one year after opening it is still waiting for more customers. And I hope they come soon, because this is really good place to eat. Food is excellent and authentic. Owners are very friendly and communicative, so you feel welcome and enjoy the visit. View menu

it made us 3 visits to finally get a day where they were open. the hours at the door and at the happy kuh are not exactly, it seems as if they would open up if they want it. we visited and cried for reservations for 2. although it was busy, there were 6 people in Back-Cooking (open floor plan) and yet it took almost 2 hours for us to restore our food! none of our courts, or the courts of the tables around us came together. we saw several orders that were mixed up what I think is why our lasted so long to come. I'm insecure why it was so chaotic, but a very unpleasant experience. the personal was aware that everything seemed to fall apart and was very sweet, but not even the mediocre eating c...

"I know a little in Kaiserslautern. But there are always new tips. And old tips. I remembered Saarschmecker's contribution to the Cardinale of 2015. “Food” has me when reading this review that I never noticed this Ristorante before. After all, I almost went to the hated-poor vocational school (as many) years ago. Central yet hidden near the Palatinate Theatre. Our car was free from 19.00 a.m., so we tried our luck in the “Cardinale” without reservation. Unfortunately we couldn't sit in the green courtyard anymore, the summer is over. Before the restaurant entrance already the current recommendations. “Spaghetti with truffles” and “Fresh mussels”. The jelly of choice! Entrance area Few steps go down to the restaurant. The historic building has survived wars. Today's building represents the rest of a farm with economic buildings. So everything is slightly angled and heats out. A very young employee welcomed us with a radiant smile. For a Tuesday evening the restaurant was already very well visited. Luckily we got another nicely covered table in the vaulted cellar. Reserves should not be a mistake. The maps were equally handed, the recommendations for the day were again written on a large wallboard. We ordered a bottle of mineral water, San Pellegrino, 0.75 l € 5,50. The menu offers pizza, pasta and Italian classics. We agreed quickly: The spaghetti with truffles € 16,90 should be for both of us. A small appetizer salad was not on the map, but the patient assured that she was not a problem. The desired dressing was requested. Mineral water was immediately and the small salads, as desired with balsamicodressing, were served shortly later. Fresh ingredients, good dressing, also freshly cut (in stock) Ciabatta. The supplemental salad was found on our invoice voucher with very fair € 2,90. fresh supplement salad It went very lively to this evening and I advised about the age of our young service staff. Could she be 18? In any case, she had a well-portioned gastrointestinal rogen that sprayed not only friendliness, but also with tearing joy and cordiality out of her. Also with the other guests. She was supported by the head of the house. In the meantime we ordered a reason alcohol-free, 0.33 l € 2.50 and Frascati, 0.25 l € 4.20. He served our pasta with freshly planned black truffles. Not the most expensive truffle (not expected otherwise), I suspect Burgundy truffles. The portion is well dimensioned and served in the deep, preheated plate. Rich truffles and what I expect to be high: here was not refreshed with truffle oil or truffle butter. It tasted pure and good, Parmesan. Simple and convincing. Not only a crispy chip as a decoration on top. Spaghetti with fresh truffles We were very happy with our choice, our evening, were well-careed. The question of whether everything is right is not lacking in the small salad or in the pasta. Despite a fully equipped restaurant, the acoustics were pleasant and not too loud. Then pay the also friendly boss Mr. Shala. EC payment to the counter without problems. To the well-maintained and clean toilets, you can go over a staircase to the upper floor, accessible to disabled people is only the beautiful beer garden in the courtyard. I'm sorry for the photos. Forgot my phone at home, had to keep my Co Geniesser's cell phone camera here. She can really nix... The dishes looked better! Next time? And certainly in the beautiful quiet courtyard."
