"I brought my girlfriend and a friend here who acted as a tour guide for us around Turin. Honestly? The food was good, yes, but I've tasted better things for less even in the same vicinity. The most annoying thing, in reality, isn't even this, in the end the position is strategic precisely for tourists. What really got on my nerves was the staff, at times it seemed like they almost wanted to chase us away (our stay, due to this inconvenience, barely lasted an hour, the time to eat). Finally, we asked to pay and were directed inside the restaurant, which had no cash desk and was surrounded by a flow of waiters and customers. There a gentleman (who I presume to be the owner), after asking to divide the bill into three (I would have paid for myself and my girlfriend and our friend for himself), replies that we are the ones who have to do the calculations and tell him what to pay. I have also worked in catering and NEVER, neither as a customer nor as a staff, have I NEVER said or been told that I had to calculate the price to pay. I don't think we will return."

Poor reception, refusal to take the wine order before the meal (dinner). Forced to leave before ordering, the person in charge not deigning to move. I do not recommend Service: Dine in Service: 1

Very slow service. Between one dish and another you last forever. The pasta very mediocre. That said, the place is fantastic. You choose if you want to eat well or be in a good place. Expensive price for what you get... Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice home . Tablecloth service; we like it or we don’t like it . I had ravioli stuffed with veal. Rather good dish with quite a bit of sauce which still lacks a little flavor for my taste. The Nebiolo glass is pretty good. Overall, it's good but not enough to blow your mind Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Here I had a chance to try 2 most popular dishes in Piemonte region: Vitello Tonnato (thin slice veal with rich tuna sauce) for the appetizer and Brasato al Barolo (braised beef with Barolo wine) for main dish. Both were delish with a glass of red wine, sitting outdoor under spring sun. Wonderful experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I don 't usually write reviews, but I 'm truly thrilled by this experience. After 20 minutes of waiting (and it can take) I am finally called to sit at the table where, after another 20 minutes, someone finally shows up to take my order. The braised meat arrives with a certain speed (while there is still not even a trace of beer), the worst braised meat I have ever eaten, 3 slices of meat with a sort of sauce with a distant hint of Barolo, it reminded me, without exaggeration, of the slices of meat from the hospital. The beer finally arrives, small one, because the big one has run out in the meantime. In addition, I had asked for baked potatoes but they followed the route of the beer... neve...

"It was my second visit to Dolce Style Novo. My first was 3 years ago and this time had been during a colder season, so the menu and experience was completely different. Tonight we had dinner outdoors on the terrace while the last time was inside. Outside was so beautiful with views of the garden and the beautiful palace stone. The service was really impeccable. I don't eat fish (a preference, no allergy), and the waitress made sure to bring a second option of butter for me as the standard anchovies had in it. I found it particularly thoughtful, because bread is not the main focus of a meal for me at least, and they already had oil as another option. It really felt like no detail was too small. Every dish brought to the table was perfect. We had the 5-course menu, with wine tasting, I even found the wine to be unique and pair well brought with every dish. There was no rain forecast, but just before dessert there were raindrops. We hoped it was just a few sprinkles, but it was really a crash. The staff was really prepared for the worst. They rushed into a table and seemed very coordinated. The inner ambience is also beautiful, with a beautiful marble floor. We finished our meals in the interior and received a screen for our return journey to our car. Another nice service detail. I recommend this restaurant. The value is really there and it is a magical evening."
