They charged us twice! Four of us went to this café, with a couple of friends. Our friends left first and paid the bill for everyone. My husband and I stayed for another 15-20 minutes, finished our drinks and asked if we had to pay. The gentleman at the junkyard made us pay again for the drinks that our friends already paid for! First of all, a quick word to people who criticize the service or the kitchen. Be aware that in the restaurant industry there is a huge shortage of staff and that the longer it goes the longer you will have to wait to be served and that is partly your fault as you want everything right away! Because it is a morally and physically exhausting job that most of you would not be able to do. As for me, I had a great time in this restaurant. Homemade cooking. Excellent value for money and very pleasant waitresses. The boss puts on a show with a lot of chatter. We live nearby and came for a drink. We were 2 couples. My husband and I left before and paid for everyone's drinks at the bar. However, the couple who stayed were forced to repay the bill because they didn't know we had paid. So the waiters must have taken advantage and charged the other couple for a second time.
