"The food was very good but the wait; I don’t mind waiting for good food but 45 minutes is, I believe, excessive. The waiting staff were polite but were harassed, probably because it was busy and there didn’t seem to be enough of them. The delay for the food, not enough staff in the kitchen? The reception area/pay point for the restaurant seemed to be a sticking point. No one there when one arrived and no one in attendance when one wanted to leave. The pay point in the shop is permanently staffed would it be possible to pay there when it is busy and the waiting staff doing their job of serving customers. Processes need a re think. Would I recommend, yes because the food was good but with a rider, don’t be in a rush"

They advertised that kids get a free pizza after school, so I planned my shopping trip at this Farmshop just to find out there is no food at all. Could have saved myself that trip. Still advertising the free pizza in their loos though.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant was having to provide a reduced menu which was quite limited. The quality of the food we ordered was good, and there was plenty of it. The device was rather slow but the staff were pleasant and friendly.
