Was here for dinner about 20 years ago and must say it was a nice dinner just never got back again to have more food

We went for Sunday lunch the food was excellent the staff were great. It's good to see there are still places that serve a great Sunday lunch that is served to you at the table.

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly, but when we asked for cocktails, the staff seemed clueless. The Bramble cocktail tasted only of gin and the other one had no taste at all. It is clear that the staff need more training. View menu

I'm not sure which Manor Hotel the previous reviewer is referring to, but it definitely wasn't the one in Kilrea! We recently dined there and had an amazing meal. The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the staff was excellent. Perhaps it says something that the previous reviewer chose to remain anonymous.

Visited two weeks ago with few friends. We had a lovely meal, atmosfere in the place is very welcoming, staff helpful and accommodating. As the weather was beautiful we planned to have few drinks at the balcony after the meal, and ended up making the night of it!! Had a great time, highly recomend. We will be back very soon.

Went to a function in the Manor with friends looking forward to our dinner, When the soup arrived it was very nice, Then the dinner came, First impressions was good, Then I stuck my fork into the potatoes, That’s when thing started to go bad Potatoes was absolutely horrible and a old crispy dry skin hard lump and dry and the roast potatoes were the same dinner was so dry, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT View menu

Five of us visited mid afternoon and had a late lunch. The appearance of the building was very grand and stately. The staff member who attended us throughout our visit was very friendly and helpful she discussed the menu with us and offered us her recommendations to help us make our choices. The food was of good quality and nicely presented, portion size was generous. I had the buttermilk chicken burger which was delicious, followed by death by chocolate cake .... well I was on my holidays... On a Tuesday afternoon a few weeks ago, we decided to stop for lunch at this restaurant based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, our food was not great as it seemed to have been cooked in old oil and the side salad was quite odd. We had intended to bring our dissatisfaction to the staff's attention, but we witnessed a shocking display of aggression, foul language, and threatening behavior by the Manager/Owner towards three ladies who had dined there. The way he spoke to them was completely unacceptable, shouting, swearing, and telling them to leave with no regard for their feelings. Horrendous experience at The Manor Kilrea Myself and my 4 friends decided that we would take the 55 minute trip to The Manor for a feed and a catch-up. We decided on this sunny day it would be an enjoyable experience. Little did we know it would be the opposite. When we entered the manor we were told we could sit wherever we wanted.
