"Wow. This place just blew us away. Rain coming down sideways when we rolled into this warm and inviting little place. Tucked across from the fish market and the proximity shows up on the plate. of us did appetizers. Pickled cubes of fish...melted in our mouths. Oysters. Mushrooms. Salad. Ham with pickles. Eat the bread after you spread the caraway butter on it. Dip it into the bouillabaisse. Both kinds that they offer. They arrive steaming to the table. Fragrant and wonderful. All the fish was perfectly prepared. Side veggies pickled and refreshing. Desserts were delicious too. Sweets and savories. My companions raved over the wines, the digestivos too. Our waitress was stellar and hard working and made us most welcome. This is a gem of an eatery and if I find myself in Hamburg again, I will be back"

Very nice ambiance, delicious food, and very friendly personnel. When we went out for a smoke, the personnel went after us with a cushion to sit on, instead we sat on the stairs near the restaurant View menu

We had a wonderful evening with excellent food the tagliatelle and the tuna were outstanding, very good wine, nice service in a pleasant, well-felt atmosphere. We remembered our France holidays. Gladly again

This is a place that proves the old recipe for success right: keep it simple. Great quality ingredients, combined to inspired Mediterranean recipes, served by very friendly and attentive staff in a nicely decorated character building. It is so simple. Highly recommended. The lunchtime specials cannot be beaten for value.

For years we wanted to go to the Marseille to the food. Finally it worked! We had one of the best oysters for appetizer. A perfect white wine. All fish dishes were excellent if soup, pasta with pulpo, shrimps, Saitlingen or halibut with saffron risotto. As a crowning end a cream brulee with currant mousse and delicious fruits. All a pleasure with a very courteous service. Top View menu

After a nice walk along the harbor and just before the fish market we did find this place quite by chance. When we tucked inside, it looked so welcoming that we got into it without really checking the menu. We were led on the right...side to a quiet table. The service was excellent as for the dishes ...salat marseille and bouillabaisse and we felt a little in France for the rest of the evening. Highly recommended

We visited the Marseille today with friends and our two babies which is probably not the most usual thing to do in a good and small restaurant. The owner was lovely and said it would be no problem when reserving. And indeed he had chosen...a nice table for us with enough room for the prams... other than that, and this is the most important thing, food was very good. I had the sashimi as a starter and then the spaghetti both were excelllent. My husband had th tartar and this was very good too. Wine suggestion was excellent as well. We were very happy with our stay and I am happily recommending this restaurant
