I have visited these loading several places in the last 6 weeks after my accustomed swimming lessons, not even they have my order right, with either the wrong or missing items and they are always not able to supply ice drinks. (what is the main reason we go).

Visited here following a hospital visit expecting it to be well organised from a covid point of view. Well the staff were but the corporate response leaves a lot to be desired. Tables are naturally designed to maximise the available space but social distancing? This...must be one of the only places who have folks sitting/walking only inches apart.

keep this franchise and let some other respectable companies use the space like tim hortons. never any milkshakes, ice cream etc. and the apology it is necessary to clean if they do not clean a machine, how did they manage to keep kovid safe....Ask for no cheese get cheese, not even love to detail or in the position to follow a lead. I try to make this a stop of when I’m on night to brake up a long journey and altho on Tuesday morning they were open at 4:30 On Thursday morning when I desperately needed to stop and get some food and a coffee they...had shut the drive through and altho there workers inside milling abut they had turned of them automatic doors so I couldn’t enter on the so much for 24hour

Popped in for an on-the-go dinner and we were so so so impressed by Nicky, a member of staff. She was so welcoming and friendly and went out of her way to chat to us and even offered us a clean cloth when we spilt...a drink on a jumper. She made the visit a fab one! She was also very on top of the mask wearing restrictions which was great to see. We think she deserves a promotion or a big bonus!

must be one of the worst mcdonalds we've ever been. the personal is like the proverbial headless ****, long queuing, slow service and the place is untidy and not so clean. filet of fishmeal not up to ordinary standard. a young man, a hired, even pushed a mcflurry with his kinen when he went to go through. unhygienic enough without stains, but disgusting, with. called for a snack on the way home, but never use it again. it needs a visit from environmental health officers.

Food, typical McDonalds fare and probably on the upper level of the McScale. Covid actions by the staff were really efficient, tables tidied and sanitized within seconds of them being vacated so full marks to them. Sadly I was very unimpressed by the investment at...corporate level. All seating in use and very crammed together. Unlike most respectable corporations, screening consists not of good clear perspex which can be efficiently wiped, but what appers to be cardboard/fibreboard. This is jammed between seat backs, is bending and creating spaces and on the seats facing me, the two families were having a conversation and even passing items through the join between boards.
