"I waited 22 minutes for a simple burger, fries, and cup of tea at the restaurant. There were 11 Uber drivers waiting for food, and the staff seemed to take a long time checking numerous bags scattered around the store. It was chaotic and I had never seen so many large brown paper bags. It seemed like delivery orders were being prioritized over in-store customers, which was frustrating. I had to ask for my tea to be replaced because it was too strong and cold. The service at the Kidderminster branch was disappointing and they should be ashamed. They are losing customers and need to limit Uber deliveries. 22 minutes is not fast food."

The food was good but the service was rubbish as we went with a friend to get food and she had to wait over 20 minutes to get her order

I ordered food tonight around midnight at the drive-thru and was asked to park and wait. It took about 20 minutes to receive my food. The staff seemed unhappy. Unfortunately, both my partner and I got stomachaches afterwards and felt very sick. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The service was quick during my visit to this restaurant. However, once I got home, I found that the food was surprisingly cold, even though my house is less than a mile away. This seems to be a common occurrence at this venue. The safety outside the restaurant is concerning, as cars drive into the drive-in road at high speeds. This is likely due to the poor design of the access to the drive-in queue. View menu

Three people each ordered big mac's and fries via the app whilst on the car park. One meal ready quite quickly the other two was a long wait, member of staff did apologise for this. We ate in so there was no delay before eating but we all found that although the fries were hot all the burgers were nearly cold. This made them unappertizing and not enjoyable. Due to the time and the fact that we were half way through a journey we did not want to complain and have to wait again for replacements.

Ordered twice in the last 4 days they have missed my burger from the order both times! They send me to uber eats for a refund and uber eats gave given me a refund of 2.93 when the burger cost 8.99 both times! They pass the buck to uber eats but they are the ones that bag it! Disgraceful and dismissive never ordering again from them and I will push it higher, fed up of people passing responsibility on when they know full well customers won't be refunded for full costs through uber eats policies!

"that was a good pub restaurant before. there seems to be a bad retention and a high turnover of employees who think about management. the steak I ordered was chewing and full gristle. I said the waitress politely that she would get the manager/Koch/Barman out of the kitchen. gary, the above mentioned helicopter of all trades, seems to do the work of all, instead of managing that he has not arrived. a few minutes later the waitress asked if we would like more drinks. I explained that I wanted to solve the problem first with my meal and she went back to the kitchen. finally gary arrived and in a very condesctive way explained that rib auge steak has some fat in it. I am aware of the sibling that gives taste, but not gristle and steak as hard as it is like chewing leather. in no phase I offered a replacement or another option, but after a waiting period of minutes since my complaining and the sight of cold gristle before me I was no longer hungry anyway. gary's attitude was risible. he has no customer service skills and did not make any excuse or offer of any kind to put it right. he simply produced a bill for the whole meal (minus the steak), which was wrong anyway, as there was an additional glass wee on it. he changed this with a pencil entry and stood above the table while we paid. we took family members to this pub and its attitude, lack of civil society and general ignorance made this a very unpleasant experience. we will never visit the dog again, a once excellent pub restaurant ruined by its bad administration and high turnover of unfortunate and overworked employees."
