"Unfortunately this has to be one of the worse restaurants I’ve visited, Came here due to limited time prior to seeing Peter Kay at AO Arena. Arrived and waited to use a kiosk only for it to be very slow and non responsive, finally got order placed but no number or receipt came up so queued up at the front and requested after a lengthy wait and two managers trying to figure how to reprint. Food taken about 15 minutes and had to stand to wait in a busy queue. my iced drink what was made within minutes had now watered so I requested a replacement after the grumbling off a staff member. He came back and tried to give me a new one but it wasn’t made correctly and I said as such. He then gave me attitude so I requested a manager who actually made the correct item,sitting down I found that food was missing and whilst waiting about ten minutes the other food was cold so I had to also get that replaced, a manager did apologise and offer a free McFlurry which was kind. Also an observation it seems they prioritise the deliveries also and that the place had too many of them stood at the collection counter preventing customers inside from standing near the counter. The upstairs was coned off so only one accessible toilet down stairs which you had to queue for and when you got inside it was dirty, Overall not an happy experience and would highly advise to avoid this restaurant,"

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend trying the pasta dishes, they were phenomenal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting and cozy. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Just called in for a pit stop to charge phone plus grab some grub bit disappointed the plug socket not working but apart from that it was a very pleasant mc Donald’s to drop into no kids vaping or carry on but a few taxi personal using the toilets but this didn’t bother me to much it was a pretty clean the staff were decent in fact from all the mc ds I expected kids carry on n ppl vaping but no this place was spot on well done .
