"We decided to stop by for dinner having read some nice reviews on their Schnitzel. This place is definitely underrated and I was slightly shocked by how many negative reviews it has received. Perhaps it's just not the best place for tea. Their main meals however, were a delight! The pumpkin cream soup was AMAZING. It was so aromatic and drinking one was simply not enough and hence I had to encore it again. I don't think I'll be able to try such delightful pumpkin cream soup elsewhere again!!The Schnitzel on the other hand, wasn't as heavy as other Schnitzels around Vienna. Normally, I could only finish half of the serving, but this time I could finish the whole of it with ease! It was this good. The Schnitzel (only €24 in a 5 star hotel???) was topped by cranberry jam and accompanied with a salad. From my experience, restaurants would normally charge at least something for the accompaniments but here in Ritz, they don't!The staff were professional, genuinely friendly and accommodating. I really wanted to come back the next day, unfortunately I'm heading to Budapest. I'll definitely head to Budapest Ritz Carlton for some pleasant surprise again!Thank you Ritz"
