"We ordered a steak tartar classic and two Bratwurst with Rösti. Never eaten such a bad prepared steak tartar. The meat was just sweet and otherwise no taste, everything was missing and this for 41 Swiss francs. The sausage Bratwurst was not good, too firm and little taste and the Rösti was crispy but the inside overcooked and tasteless. Definitely this experience was not good at all only expensive. Also the ambiance of the restaurant was old fashioned totally outdated, needs desperately a renovation and the service staff it very professional and friendly. We will never return to this restaurant again. Waste of money and time."

Slow service as they don't pay attention to the order of guests' arrival! And that for a nut salad and a tarte flambée! 40 minute wait at 5:30pm The prices are excessive!

Das beste Restaurant in Luzern wo man Riz Casmir essen kann. The best restaurant where you can eat in Luzern. Prices are a little high but all over Switzerland is expensive to eat, so I highly recommend this place with nice waitresses!

Had lunch there today. Food is OK but the portion they serve is pretty small. Especially for the price they charge...We had to wait for ages until we got served. Then my girlfriends dish got forgotten. Once we were done, the waitress passed by our table 5 times without even looking at us or take away the empty plates. Much room for improvement...
