Mulberry Street Pizza

It took 1 whole hour for my pizza to arrive. I will never order from here again. It’s not even possible to contact the restaurant to secure an ETA so their slapdash service matches their slapdash tasting pizza.

Had ordered a pizza from them looking at their reviews, now knowing their reviews is probably fake. Overpriced pizza bad taste not baked properly, on top of that the drivers who deliver are always upset, later found out that they DONT GET PAID ON TIME!...Scummy business with a scummy boss always avoid!

Pizza didn’t arrive after the 30 mins allotted time. We called and they answered the first time, and told us that the driver wasn’t back from his last trip and it would be another 30 mins... two hours later the pizza finally arrived. We called...the restaurant 19 times and no one answered. Absolutely terrible service.

I would put zero stars if I could. Food tasted cheap and cheese was bland and congealed. They must spend all the money they should be investing on ingredients on a great photographer because the food looks nothing like the one you see on their...site, completely misleading!! To top it off it was extremely expensive. I’ve had better pizzas from a kebab shop at 2 in the morning.

I did it. the slices of pepperoni pizza were delicious! absolutely authentic nyc and a joy to eat. the garlic bread was also great. I ordered however by uber eats and had to call mulberry to check in my order. the person I have spoken. bad customer service skills. if that wasn't the case, mulberry pizza would get 5/5 instead of my 4/5. in any case recommended and I will be in and or order delivery directly soon.

I ordered a pizza on the 11th juli and it took 2 and a helped hours to arrive and when it arrived it was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant, her social media team responds quickly, but they can not be bad. service solve so that everything goes into their restaurant email. which brought 18 days to answer! they apologised and said I can look for a refund with uber eats, but as I found out that uber eats have a 48-hour policy for refunds. So I contacted the restaurant again. awfully experienced around and continues to be horrendous with their customer service.

I read the reviews about the delivery but thought I would give them one away as there was a recommendation from a very picky friend of mine. is not as if I listen to the other reviews. I have an order online about their website for delivery....I received a delivery time of 35 min, the pizza took 1.5 hours to come. when I cried around the 35-min brand to see if the pizza had left, it turns out that the order number they have for me was different from that on my order confirmation, so it took them a bit to find the order, but they said it was abandoned. an hour later the pizza arrived cold (they also changed my apt number somehow in the ordering process) and it was the wrong pizza. finally for...

the pizza here is good, but pay attention to a sharp practice when it comes to tips. I was at an earlier visit to london and remembered that the pizza was good while in the opposite thought we were going to lunch here. 4 of us on the same table, 2 pizzas, 2 chips, 2 corona, desperado and coke. When I went to pay, I was told that they had made 2 bills (I paid for everyone, so no idea why they would take them, but I will pay both anyway. the type ringed through the bill, but the credit card machine did not show a carry, but I thought it could only pay the cost of pizza chips and 2 so drink, then paid again. the banking app has appeared on my handy, and I would be charged over £70.
