"A fantastic restaurant in a tiny street that will make you feel instantly in peace and holidays. The service was impeccable (worthy of 4 stars places), the food was delicious (we have many local specialties, including the famous and tasty Capocollo by Martina Franca) and the prices were very reasonable for quality. The desert was quite original and fresh."

"Localino semplice e lindo (pulito anche il bagno, e non è scontato) a gestione familiare. Normative anticovid rispettate (controllo green pass e temperatura, mascherine correttamente indossate). In carta piatti tradizionali di cucina casereccia. Antipasto di latticini misti e olive a soli 8€ molto buono e abbondante: da urlo le mini treccine di fior di latte! Ottimi cavatelli ceci e cozze, molto buoni anche i paccheri con salsiccia e funghi cardoncelli. Buon pane e buon caffè. Servizio preciso e nei tempi corretti. Prezzo molto contenuto x un ottimo pranzo!"

"My husband and I stayed in Martina Franca for a visit and were looking for a recommended restaurant for lunch. This Resto was closed so we used Google to find another. What luck! Garibaldi Bistrot in Piazza, where the cathedral is Garibaldi Piazza, I think proved to be a great find. The family owners warmly welcomed us. We started with the zucchini flowers (my personal favorite), which were crispy and delish. My vegetarian man wondered about his paccheri with tomatoes, ricotta and basil. We shared an Arugula salad fresh, large part that we dressed with some fantastic local olive oil and finished with an incredible chocolate torta. So satisfied that we made another lunch two weeks later, which turned out to be even better. John had the same dishes as before (why change a good thing) and I won with the zucchini flowers and the Pasta special of the day Tortello (like Ravioli) filled with Taleggio cheese and pear and covered with a Parmesan cream and truffle powder. It was Mozzafiato! Beautiful clean and beautiful rooms with the freshest food and quiet very attentive service. Would return anytime."

"Abbiamo cenato di sabato sera in questa braceria di Martina, dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo durante la settimana (cosa che consiglio). Il posto é semplice da trovare. Poco parcheggio nei dintorni. Il locale in sé è abbastanza piccolo ma ben curato. Il servizio è sufficientemente veloce ed i prezzi sono tutto sommato contenuti. C'è grande varierà di scelta e la carne che abbiamo ordinato (bombette di ogni tipo, fegatini, salsiccia e straccetti di manzo) era ben cotta, saporita e molto tenera. Quindi, ok. Il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e cortese. A proposito, un plauso per l'onestà: al momento di pagare il conto si sono accorti di aver addebitato più del dovuto e si sono corretti senza necessità che lo facessimo notare. Queste cose contano molto. L'unica piccola pecca, se così vogliamo chiamarla, è stata dettata dall'attesa: mentre aspettavamo si liberasse il tavolo che avevamo prenotato, c'è stato chiesto di scegliere la carne al banco macelleria'... E così non abbiamo potuto visionare il menù che invece è fornito al tavolo. In tal modo, ahimè, non abbiamo potuto valutare alcune opzioni interessanti (ad esempio le varie tagliate di carne, etc tra le quali il ricco menù fisso che, a conti fatti, forse ci avrebbe fatto risparmiare qualcosina, godendo delle varie e prelibate specialità della casa. Tirando le somme: esperienza positiva, sicuramente ci torneremo. Consigliato!"

"This restaurant was a delightful surprise! Located on the outskirts of town, in a more suburban area, we were welcomed into a large, sunken patio that seemed both cozy and secluded and romantic in lighting and ambience (although they should turn off the television and put on some relaxing music). The waiter was incredibly helpful and we really enjoyed the appetizers and the steak with peppercorns. Prices were quite good and even better with the Fork discount. Tables are placed far apart which also added to the romantic feeling. This is a place where you want to sit for hours into the late evening."
