"The restaurant is located inside the bathhouse of the same name. While the quality of the beach is mediocre (in my opinion, the building of the nearby, huge marina has greatly damaged it), the restaurant as far as I understand of ancient and solid fame is in my view outstanding. We were three plus a baby (my granddaughter). Despite being the restaurant specialized in seafood, it was easy to get a meat cutlet with chips for the baby. It was appreciable. The dishes for adults were even more appreciable: a first course, tagliolini with seafood ragù; and two main dishes, mixed fried calamari and prawns; grilled calamari. A single side dish, of baked vegetables. The three desserts were also excellent: two puff pastries with Chantilly cream and fruit jelly; a garnished meringue. To drink, a good bottle of white house wine, properly kept cool in the special bucket. Bill of 105.70 euros, which I consider quite adequate."

Nice location on the beach. At first sight it looks less good than it really is. Nice host welcomes is, small menu with delicious fish dishes. All we had tasted great. I recommend the spaghetti alle vongole. And as extra a beautiful sunset.

Bagno Nettuno has a great little family run restaurant right on the beach. I love sitting on the upper terrace with a great view over the beach umbrellas towards the sea. The food is delicious and the service is great too. Perfect for lunch.
