"We had this for a takeaway and I will honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I have had.I had the Green Curry, which supposedly should be spicy and full of garlics and various others, however it came cold and barely mixed together properly. Flavours were overpowered and honestly, it tasted rubbish. There was nowhere that it said rice might be required, but we anticipated that and had some made for ourselves. 100% include on your menu that rice is needed and/or not provided!!! The chicken was dry and there was hardly any of it.My partner had the Paneer, which was literally a few chunks of cheese with no flavour. I’ve never seen that be done so lazily in my life.Friend had bog standard noodles which were large in portion size but pretty much just slapped together and boxed up.The whole thing was just rubbish, especially as we paid about 36£!"

Great for dine in and take out. Plenty of delicious vegetarian options. Very much a local and independent feel in a good way. Nice relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff.

Ghurka Kitchen is a great restaurant to visit if you are a fan of Indian cuisine and have never tried Nepalese. The food is delicious and the staff are gracious. I really must visit more often.

great place the veggie side dishes are in the round the size of a pornstar and they are so delicious and well flavored! I actually prefer them over the meat dishes that take the stage in the menu. would be recommending

absolute gem of a restaurant I have often passed, but I am so glad that I have finally inaugurated. the service was brilliant throughout with regular check-ins. the prices were incredible, especially when you consider how delicious it is. definitiw one of my top foods remember. Take all stars!

Really not happy tonight. Was a regular here but today the food was so disappointing as well as the service. The food may have been hot but there was almost no flavour in my dishes and when I complained the waiter just shrugged it off. You’re much better off at spice guru, just up the road and a better Indian than here.

came from a nice evening in the gurka kitchen to house. eating was fab and the staff is brilliant. we had the Monday evening special, which is also an excellent price. we often take away and we haven't eaten any time yet. we missed it a lot. thanks for being so friendly, friendly and attentive.
