"The dumplings were over cooked and not very tasty. The sauce on the salad was heavy and left an aftertaste Service was not attentive we had to work quite hard to catch the waitress attention for some sauce and then the bill. I came away disappointed which is not usual as before I have enjoyed the food and the service has been good. I have said yes to recommend below as previously it has been OK so hope this is just a bad one off"

Bill's food is on the whole great usually, but I don't think I'd go back for the Christmas menu again. Turkey was very dry and the prawn starter was just odd. The pudding (banoffee/Baileys mousse) was delicious though.

Lovely dinner, had the chicken dumplings and halloumi shawarma, both great! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, couldn’t have asked for more. Only downside was the music was too loud for such a busy evening as it became hard to hear each other speak. All in all a great visit!

I rarely write reviews but our family meal today was outstanding. With two gluten frees plus a baby in high chair and an appreciation of good food and good fun we are not the easiest of tables. The service was exemplary and added to our enjoyment, the food was great with some clever subtleties and the attention to gluten free was reassuring. Thank you

Food and service good. We particularly enjoyed the padron peppers with miso very moreish. Food was piping hot when served but went cold after a couple of mouthfuls as the restaurant was so cold and draughty. Despite wearing heavy winter layers, the cold spoiled our enjoyment of the meal, and the loos were absolutely freezing. Couldn’t wait to leave to have a brisk walk outside to warm up.
