Very authentic Chinese food, not only Shanghai style ones. Highly recommended if you love Chinese food

We were twice and we enjoyed the food.We recommend the Xiaolongbao, Gongbao Chicken and the shredded pork (not sure of the exact name on the menu, but the one with the bao that you could do a wrap yourself.

We ordered delivery using the link on their website. Service was quick, staff was friendly and the food was very delicious. Definitely a rare true Chinese/Shanghainese restaurant in Lugano or even Switzerland. Our only complaint is that the bubble tea was good but on the milky side i.e. the taste of tea wasn't strong, and the straw could be of paper instead of plastic. Otherwise highly recommend.

Ich hatte das pollo picante al pepe di sichuan für 26. . Das Menu war absolut ungeniessbar! Das fritierte und gehackte Huhn war eigentlich nichts als Knochen. Und vom Geschmack einfach undefinierbar. Und extrem trocken. Scharf war es auch nicht, es hat mir einfach nur die Zunge betäubt... zuviel Essig oder Salz..? Das einzig geniessbare waren die 4 Gemüsestücke darin... Ich musste 3/4 vom Menu in den Abfall schmeissen. Schade für mein Geld!

We ordered home delivery but it wasn't a great experience. Very dry lemon chicken and soy spaghetti with prawns that must have had three prawns. I would add that my daughter enjoyed the duck a l'orange. UPDATE FOR THE OWNER order dated May 9, 2021 delivered with MIpiaace cost 92.65 CHF. A bad evening can happen to anyone and that doesn't mean we won't try your restaurant again, the chicken was dry and the prawns were few (frankly I didn't count them). However, I find it incorrect to suggest that we did not order from you.

Die Korrektheit der Kellner sind wahrlich eindrucksvoll.Das Futter war nicht das Einzige, welches in diesem Gasthof für Staunen sorgt! Ich versuche in der Tat enorm gerne neue Restaurants aus und bin laufend auf der Ermittlung nach neuen Gaststätten, aber diesem Restaurant werde ich loyal bleiben.Die Deko auf den Plätzen und im gesamten Lokal ist vertretbar und schön. Die Toiletten sind stets sauber und allem in allem vermittelt das Restaurant einen schönen Eindruck.Wir sind vollauf positiv überrascht. Wir beide werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren.

First encounter on the phone was extremely dismissive and rude, she asked me how old I was, thinking I was a child and she said she will not take our order simply because she did not understand what was being said. Had to repeat the address 6 times and even then she did not understand. Simply horrible staff. I do not recommend. *As a 23 year old adult, I am old enough to order alcohol, which we DID NOT even order, we attempted to order fried rice (amongst other things) which we had to repeat 6 times as well as she did not understand what we were saying. We called ONCE and were so rudely dismissed. Clearly no experience or understanding of hospitality if this is the way you reply to customers...
