"that was as bad as the last reviews suggest. we knew that it was expensive for what it was, but that was not worrying after a long day of travel problems. but if they are served an easyjet brotrolle with frozen butter, they know it will. be an adventurous! I cut on the hunt, we ordered 2 medium-sized T-bones steaks. we got an imaginable fully done steak that we returned after 40 minutes (that is how bad it was, but the cook returned the block of coarse wood that defended it as a medium-sized piece. that was our task to go! I would use stronger words to describe this device, but trust the reviews and avoid this location. oh by the way, cut at 45 park lane by wolfgang puck, a world famous chef, it will cost less too by the day, then this canvas. I hope the cook can take a much needed perspective from it."

Restaurant OK but nothing special. Prefer Sofitel hotel and sister hotel Arora at Gatwick. This hotel is over priced and over rated.

The restaurant is overpriced with very small portions and no options for children. Our family of six spent over £200 and left feeling disappointed. We will not be returning.

We started with the scallops, shared the bounces for two, and finished with the key lime cake for dessert. It was incredible! I definitely recommend trying these dishes while staying at the hotel. The service was excellent as well.

The restaurant offers fantastic food and friendly service, and it is also pleasantly quiet. I decided to leave a family restaurant because of the noise and didn't regret coming here at all. It may not be cheap, but it is definitely worth it. View menu

Service a bit slow but very friendly staff. The waitress brought the wine to me, put in next to the glass and walked away leaving me to not only poor it but to undo the bottle which was very tight. I have never experienced that...before. The food however was a 10 out of 10. Very expensive but enjoyable

Really shocked at the price of this place even if it is at the airport! Not value for money- although the food was quite nice. 1/2 chicken breast (not even a whole one with 1 slice of potato for £24. Only 1 chef doing everything...so had to wait 1 hour for food to arrive. Most of the wines over £50 a bottle....please ... it’s not The Ivy ...

Staff have no idea about quality of service. Rush you to order when you haven’t read the menu, and then delayed in taking orders because it’s the end of the night and they would rather you went home. Sent my steak back for lack of...understanding what a medium rare is, and it returned in the same state. Extremely expensive for the service and quality of food. Slow. Incompetent for a Radisson. Disappointed is an understatement. View menu

that is a classic hotel restaurant at the airport. they have relatiw few options. they pay well over the quotes for good foods that just don't justify the price. a 10oz steak for £32 and then they have to add french or be honest. it's just beggars. we couldn't believe if they were serving something lukewarm, half stale pizzabrot, as if it were a gift. it is not a good advertisement for the hotel group, just a tear... in **** from all places! the wine list is full of totally unknown weeping that the average sommelier would offer to these trips. all in all a great cone.

My wife and I are vegetarian and we ordered the vegan fish and chips and Buddha Bowl. The vegan fish and chips were so greasy, there was oil collecting on all sides of the dish and it was like eating batter with nothing inside. The...buddha bowl was a ok in taste but was basically just some houmus, quinoa, tempeh and bits of salad served in a bowl (really no prep required whatsoever). Both dishes cost more than £20 each. The service was polite and friendly but they should ask the customers what they think of the food so they can vent their frustrations. In summary food was average at the very best and completely overpriced. This is the start of our holiday and I'm gutted this is how it start...

"The Green Man at Linsell is a charming pub located off the beaten path that almost meets expectations. The pub's decor is lovely and you'll receive a warm welcome from the attentive front-of-house team. It's a step up from your typical pub, with white tablecloths and napkins that elevate the Sunday lunch experience. Getting there may require navigating through narrow single-track roads with the help of a somewhat confusing satnav, but there is ample parking available once you arrive. The drink selection is standard pub fare, though the wine list appears reasonable. For our meal, we both opted for the beef Sunday roast. While everything was cooked well, the dishes lacked seasoning and punch to truly elevate the flavors. One dish that stood out was a broccoli cheese concoction that seemed odd and wasn't to our taste. For dessert, we tried the crumble and brownie bake. The crumble, advertised as apple and blackberry or blackcurrant, felt lacking in the black element, resulting in what appeared to be a purple apple crumble. Despite these drawbacks, we cleaned our plates and left feeling satisfied and ready for a post-meal walk with our dog. The bill came to £30 per person, drinks included, making it a reasonably priced Sunday lunch option. Overall, The Green Man at Linsell is worth a visit for a leisurely lunch in a pleasant setting."
