Booked a table for 2 last night for a business dinner. Since at the time, just read the door that the restaurant was closed because of a flood... no one called me to let me know... and I was left to improvise dinner somewhere else with my client. Not happy, will not even try to book again! Very bad customer ethics...

I booked a table for me and my friends last Friday, as I heard that Omar's place is a must. Due to the strong rain, the restaurant was closed. The thing is that nobody let us know, so we came to find out about ourselves. I would really be happy if someone let the customers know in advance with reservations under such circumstances.
