"Being celiac, I was able to enjoy Trazione Toscana dishes also in the GlutenFree version Undecided between the maltagliati and the pici, I then opted for the second courses, surprising myself with their consistency it was homemade pasta, very similar to the gluten free one. Good quality price ratio: we spent €50 for 1 starter, 2 first courses, 0.5l of wine and water. The only flaw the limited space between one table and another... but I imagine that given the quality of the food and the GlutenFree offer (the restaurant enjoys the AIC earmark), the requests are many!
