"Everything was good, but going in to eat at 2:30 p.m. and leaving at 5:20 p.m. is not acceptable. The waiting times completely detract from the experience. Consuming each dish does not take more than 2 minutes, at most, no matter how much you taste it, taste it, look for all the possible nuances and discuss it with the rest of the diners. Then wait.
