Lovely day for my Mums birthday, perfect setting, we got the best weather. Afternoon tea was nice, sandwiches could have been better, but overall we had a great day together. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 View menu

Today we enjoyed the Afternoon tea Panoramic 34 The staff was friendly especially Eleonora she made sure that everything was vegetarian as we requested she was very kind helpful. ⁠The vegetarian options were very yummy. Our favourite items were the rocca olive sandwich and the scones which were very fresh delicious!

Vibes are great and staff amazing. My only criticism would be we ordered vegan/veggie friendly nibbles and we got a load of vegetables just deep fried. It isnt a terrible thing to be fair and they were tasty but i think for such an upmarket place , id have loved to see some more fancy food for the veggies!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

Wow, what a wonderful view. We had a table overlooking the Liver building and the Mersey way below. The service was excellent and what you would expect at a quality restaurant. We had afteroon tea with cocktails. The cocktails were excellent, and the food was delicious. It was a wonderful experience and worth the price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch View menu

Had the afternoon tea.First time myself and husband had been.It was lovely,our waitress really nice and helpful.The cakes,sandwiches all perfect.We we are going again in early December for another lovely afternoon.The place is very clean.The views are fantastic.The price was £45.00 per head.But it was worth it.Had a lovely afternoon Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Well..!! Waitress came with glasses of champagne and spilled them over me . Leaving my outfit soaking and also table cloth soaked . It took serveral minutes before anyone came over . Only offering me napkins to clean myself instead of taking me instantly to a bathroom to help dry it off . Not happy at all with thecwayit was handled by the manager . This was a special occasion for a big birthday and it was ruined . For a fine dining restaurant the way it was handled was shocking . Feel the management was not experienced enough by the way she handled the situation .

I brought my family (6 of us) here for a meal. We were sat down in a waiting area whilst the table was prepared and I asked if we could order a drink. The woman I asked looked at me like I’d asked if I had just crawled out from under a stone. My mum then asked the same woman if there were any more toilets and she was also given the same stare and was really rude to my mum. I wanted to leave but my family were not so keen as they’d travelled some way to specifically eat here. Unfortunately this woman was also the person who was serving us.
