"I can't speak for all food bloggers but a welcome side effect of my hobby is the number of requests I receive from friends to check out different eateries. One such request was from the Mysterious Mrs A to try the Paolina Thai Cafà . Also joining us was El Greco, and as Paolina does BYO so did a welcome fourth guest, a bottle of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc . I wasn't over enamoured with the deep-fried starters of wontons and corn cakes , especially as the latter consisted mainly of batter. The garlicky steamed kanom jeep dumplings were better but the pick of the starters was a particularly spicy poh tak soup that came with plenty of seafood. I much prefer this cleaner hot and sour soup...read more"

Amazing food! it is proper homemade thai food. The setting is very modest but it kind of adds to the authenticity of the experience. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this place. The food is lovely, excellent service and above all the owners and staff are some of the nicest folk I know. I have been going for at least 15 years. Whenever I go it is like going to see my favorite aunt and uncle.

You don't go to Paolina Thai Cafe for its good looks. Wedged on a busy King's Cross road the front of the restaurant is grotty with a garish yellow sign and inside it is all tacky timber panelling and faded pictures of the Thai royal family. What they hav

They are super nice, the place is small and cozy. The kitchen is very good and you see how they cook everything. We ate two people for 40 pounds. But I would definitely recommend it. ASK TO BE CHARGED THE PRICE THEY SET FOR WHAT YOU HAVE CONSUMED, if not, they will charge you the tip like the United States, it should not be allowed.

LoOks like a fcking dump from outside set in a rubbish location, you look at the menu an you think fck why am I here. Trust me. It's great thai food and it's ultra cheap. 29 bucks and I was fasting. That's for 2. No service charge no alcohol. Byo. Quaff in a place like this seems a bit weird but hey ho. FYI they have lots of stuff off the menu so ask

we have heard of this great Thai café, just around the corner of the office, so five of us went after the work. it is a cozy little place torn away from the hectic of the kings. we have a nice table and ordered. I have the chicken tom yam and gai med mamuang with sticky rice. the food was good. Everone liked her and so I think we will be regular, as the prices are really good for kings.

Literally the best thai food I've ever had in london. The Pad See Ew was authentic (which is rarely the case elsewhere in london I was so impressed. I got the vegetarian option and it was super flavourful. The potions are also perfect. Pad thai sticky mango rice were also top notch. I ordered take out directly from the Paolina app and although it took a while to arrive (it was still hot! , it was incredible, so pleased with my new go to!!!
