"beforehand: eating was perfect, but the service and the actual Corona restrictions left much to be desired. for reasons of infection, no menu cards are distributed, but the web page is blocked for safety reasons by vodafone. we then finally got disinfected cards after a total of minutes and could order our food. the food came quickly and was as written very tasty. and now it becomes absurd (see above: menu cards): enter the restaurant to the toilet without mask no problem. without any safety distance, no problem is placed. it has always been very close and unfortunately nothing has changed at all. no seats are left free. contact data were also not recorded. Really a Bad Experience, Bad Service, the server was very rude, the Manager was kind at the beginning and then she turned on to be apathetic when all went wrong, they end up charging a dish we didn't eat, and showed the worst education and worst customer service. View menu

petrocelli am kurfürstendamm is the right place for definitiw when it comes to true, authentic Italian cuisine. eating is a true pleasure. here you feel that it is prepared with much love. the ambiente and the service is as always very pleasant and not too intrusive! my whole family and I always feel very welcome. our favourite place in berlin!
