"the restaurant looked interesting, was clean, bright, the sitting and tables were standard. the menu was frustrating. it took too long to understand the menu and finally because of so many pages of menu points and without choosing any practical organization. I started to ask...as it is possible that a restaurant standard dishes and styles of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and even Japanese, eat! then it came to eat. I am shocked and insulted that this restaurant has taken money for this food. not only was the quality bad, but it was barely edible. in general the dishes were so bland, inauthentic, quality so poor, and produced with so little care. the Vietnamese, deep-fried spring rolls resembled nothing to me. it was bland and extremely greasy, without the usual fillings of pork, wood earth mushroom, etc. that give it its taste and texture. I had expected to dive Nuoc-Cam, but there was a thick, sweet and spicy sauce. I was disappointed. I ordered pho. it looked beautifully presented first, but I saw brown green bevels blown up. very annoying to find and pick up. the broth was not pho. it tasted as if someone had blown a piece of bark in a pot water. it had no taste, body, complexity or aromas associated with pho width. there was a lot of broth and not many noodles. the meatballs melted freeze cabinet burned. the bark slices were not delicate, were thick and very badly cut, had very little taste. I couldn't find exactly what bark cut it was. in the summer rolls there were also large mincestängel that my dining room partner had. we have tried to take them apart and remove these big stalks. everywhere, even in vietnam, these large, chewing, woody, stalks are not served. that was not just disappointing or not good. there was a very bad experience, I went with a literal bad taste in my mouth. the lack of carelessness is pathetic. I am upset that a restaurant people would charge money for this meal!"
