"delicious Sunday dinner. rare bark that is difficult to find everywhere, but especially difficult around 2 o'clock. fantastic homemade meerrettich sauce, lots of gravy and beautifully cooked vegetables with a huge yorkshire pud! my glass merlot was also delicious. we were too full for a pudding. the only thing was that they had a recording of our booking, but they have been watching us."

Four of us had dinner at the Phoenix last night; we all really enjoyed it great food and excellent service. Probably the best restaurant in Faversham Town Centre at the moment.

all they want from a local pub; basic pub but really well cooked, good local beer, a beautiful atmosphere and live music every week. I only live in faversham for 8 months, but this is definitiw my favourite in the city.

Great country pub in town with good friendly staff. Great Sunday lunch. Best roast beef we 've had in ages, including high end city steak restaurants. Good value and to top it all, they a choice of non alcoholic beers and wines. Well worth the 80 mile round trip. Highly recommend.
