"The food at this restaurant is too expensive for what you get. It took more than an hour to receive a basic ploughman's and roasted pepper. Maria was constantly taking orders from a long line of customers, but the food was slow to come out of the kitchen. The restaurant was very busy, but it seemed like they were prioritizing drinks and pastries for takeout over serving customers who were dining in."

The hardworking staff produce excellent food with a Spanish twist in this courtyard cafe and restaurant. Spanish omelette was delicious and we enjoyed the coffee and especially the hot chocolate and lemon cake. Thank you.

Yesterday, six of us enjoyed a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. We dined at picnic tables on the castle grounds. The food was delicious and service was quick despite the crowds. I highly recommend this place. The staff were all wonderful. View menu

Really nice restaurant for lunch when visiting Picton Castle. Even though it was very busy the team kept up and service was still good. It was really nice to have the quiche with higher quality side salads. The carrot cake was also excellent.

Lovely food good value but organisation was very poor, queued for 25 minutes for just a couple of sandwiches and a pot of tea. The lady on the till was very slow and brought the wrong sandwiches. It would be better to sell the sandwiches separate from ordering the meals. Food was lovely staff very friendly
