"Staying about 2 miles away so we went into the Village to find a Dog friendly pub for food and drink. Walking in to see several dogs lying quietly about was a encouraging start. Busy but a couple of tables free. Had a Pint of Doom Bar and a lager shandy for the wife which was priced as expected and ordered food Wife had the Lasagne off the specials board which she loved and I the Gammon steak which was also delicious. 4 pints and the meals came to around £39 and thoroughly recommend a visit. Excellent and well thought out family room. Arrived late evening so just had some light starters from the bar menu, was very good. As was the breakfast. No noise from the pub as the rooms were well set back. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommended. J&K Billingham.

had a wonderful afternoon here today, we never booked, but we were not turned away. the young girl behind the bar was really nice, we got a table, ordered our food and were served immediately. the food was introduced and as good as it looked. we had two dogs on our party who were best received with fresh water and tasty. we will definitely be very soon and have already recommended them to friends.
