"We had dinner here as a family. It was great! Very tasty food and a very nice team. Prices were reasonable. We have the GL beef burger (wth smoked bacon, melted cheese, gherkins, onion relish, mustard mayo, brioche bun chips), the Homemade Welsh beef lasagne (wth garlic bread mixed salad), the haddock (chilli coriander tempura haddock , sweet chilli dip) and the Thai Chicken Curry (Fragrant Thai green chicken curry, rice, popadom, mango chutney). Every single dish was delicious! No oversized portions. There was also a delicious Bluestone Ale, recommended by the waiter. Also very tasty! If it works out, we will most likely visit the restaurant a second time on our week long vacation. Definitely recommended! Food drinks: Every single dish was delicious!"

We went to The Golden Lion for a meal on Sunday evening in the Restaurant . The service and food were both excellent . From the lovely waitress, to the Barman who thanked us for coming on our way out, everyone was very helpful and friendly . The meal was tasty and freshly cooked and beautifully presented . We were so impressed that we went back and purchased a voucher as a present for a friend . Highly recommended.
