"Terrible service then mains came yes a salad is a cold meal but for £15 and a Nicoise you’d expect some level of attention to it. It was freezing cold with an egg on the top that was frozen. My partners pizza was cold. No one to complain to. Finally came to take our plates I explained that it actually wasn’t very nice at all and that i always got the same salad and this time it’s as disgusting and freezing. He told me off and then walked off ? No deals on so full price for an icy egg and a cold pizza. Mind blown we paid I left feeling sick."

Pizza missing, rude on the phone, no offer of help. Pizzas are pretty average too. Avoid them at all costs.

PE isn’t my first choice place to eat so only used it as we had vouchers. Food from the vegan menu was ok but it’s certainly crept up in price. Nothing really special in taste and filling. I’ve had a lot better for less. Can’t fault the guy serving us at all.

Super friendly staff. Iza who served us was very attentive, bring water and whatever else we required. She was very happy and bubbly. The food was delicious, came fast even at a busy time, filing us up perfectly. Overall was a great dinning experience, would definitely recommend and will be coming again soon.

Very good service and the food is reliably good. The waitress was not very experienced but very attentive and got everything right. The Pizza Express menu needs a few improvements. Toppings like Hoison Duck and BBQ makes it more like Pizza Hut. I prefer traditional and classic toppings e.g. Napoletana. Please make the salad options more varied and inventive. View menu

I’ve eaten at pizza express since I was a kid and that’s a long time ago I took my daughter to the Richmond branch on Saturday they where so busy because of a local children’s event. Our amazing waitress Iza worked like I’ve never seen anyone work in a restaurant before and I’ve been a food photographer for over 20 years so I’ve seen many busy restaurants. Incredible staff manager atmosphere And incredible Iza Thanks for a wonderful evening

Absolutely WONDERFUL staff, great decor, fabulous food and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome from the team of staff. I walked in around 5.30pm this evening (Fathers Day) and was greeted by three happy smiling member’s of staff at the desk they were so friendly and I was made to feel incredibly welcome. I was taken to a lovely table, the decor is gorgeous and the food was fabulous hot, cooked to perfection and didn’t wait long. All together a wonderful end to the day and will be back very soon thanks so much you lovely bunch
