"A super bistrot lunch in the Corbieres. The restaurant has changed ownership and has had a change of decor all to the good. It started with a very well made gin and tonic. Anais who served us always has a smile. We started with eggs mimosa and fois gras followed by chicken in morille sauce (l stole some from my husband’s plate which was excellent). I had steak tartare. The quality of the beef was very good. Just cheese to finish and the portion of cheese could have easily satisfied two people. Very impressed. Sandrine….you know how to cook."

We ordered the take away menu that consisted of 2 Ceasar Salads, 1 Bo-Bun au Boeuf and 2 Baba au Rhum for €26. Copious portions, the Bo-Bun tasted as we were in the streets of Hanoi and the Baba was delicious too! We kept the Ceasar salads for supper. Great tastes and excellent value. We can recommend.

We ate very well in this restaurant everything is excellent and there is for all tastes, great service with smile. Very good value quality price we will undoubtedly return. Small restaurant in a small village but........a kitchen as we only meet very rarely not always simple but always delicious), a staff room and kitchen absolutely pleasant, a good child atmosphere where a guest of passage is welcomed by the accustomed with smile and, cherry on the cake it is not on the menu) a very small bill.
